Cancellation and Returns  for Unstable melts 

At Unstable melts  the majority of our wax melts are made to order to ensure freshness and quality. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it. After this time, we may have already started processing your order, and cancellations may no longer be accepted.

**Returns Policy:**
In compliance with UK law, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened wax melts for hygiene reasons. If you have an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact us at unstablemelts@hotmail.com  within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return please add  your order number and details of the issue via email . We will provide instructions on how to return your item should the return be accepted

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
