How Open Box Works

Our Open Box service allows you to place multiple orders over time and have everything shipped together in one go, saving you on postage costs.

Getting Started

Simply shop as normal, add your items to your basket, and enter the code OPEN BOX at checkout. Once the code is applied, please select the shipping option that states Start/Add to Open Box — this will waive your postage fee. Please note, a minimum basket value of £5.00 is required to use the Open Box service.

How It Works

Each time you shop with Unstable Melts, use the same code at checkout and your items will be held for you. Once you're ready to have your items shipped, please select Close Open Box at checkout to pay postage. We'll then ship everything together for a single flat postage fee of £5.00 no matter how many orders you've placed.

Please Note

• A minimum basket value of £5.00 is required to use the Open Box service.
• Open boxes remain active for a maximum of 3 months from the date of your first order.
• You may place as many orders as you wish within this period.
• Open boxes are non-refundable. Due to the nature of holding stock specifically for your box, we are unable to offer refunds in order to protect against stock losses.
